1. That it is the intention of the undersigned to request a Permit from the Board of
Trustees to:
Remove existing 295 sf slate patio and construct partially in its place a 14'x 34'saltwater swimming pool
and 685 sf grade-level masonry pool patio,supporting/stabilizing footings of existing second-story deck as
needed during construction;remove and replace two existing clusters of wood-tie retaining walls with two
20'-long concrete retaining walls to maintain existing grade elevations to east and west of proposed patio,
remove existing split rail fences and install 4'high pool-enclosure fencing;and install pool equipment to be
connected to existing drainage system, all as depicted on the site plan prepared by Nathan Taft Corwin III
Land Surveyor,last dated September 26,2020.
2. That the property which is the subject of Environmental Review is located
adjacent to your property and is described as follows:
975 West Hill Road,Southold
3. That the project which is subject to Environmental Review under Chapters
96,111 and/or 275 of the Town Code is open to public comment on:

WORK SESSION & PUBLIC HEARINGS

A Regular Work Session and Public Board Hearings of the SOUTHOLD TOWN BOARD OF
TRUSTEES will be held on Wednesday, November 18, 2020 with the Work Session beginning
at 5:OOPM and Public Hearings beginning at 5:30PM.
Pursuant to Executive Order 202.1 of New York Governor Andrew Cuomo in-person
access by the public will not be permitted. Town residents are invited to attend the public
meetings virtually via the Zoom online platform.
Written comments may also be submitted via email to the Trustees Clerks at
elizabethc@southoldtownny.gov and diane.disaivo@town.southold.ny.us. Said comments will
be considered at the public hearing provided that they are submitted no later than 12:00 P.M.
(Prevailing Time) on the day of the public hearing.
The public will have access to view and listen to the meeting as it is happening via Zoom. If you
do not have access to a computer or smartphone, there is an option to listen in via telephone.
