The grades from the 13' to 15' contour will have minor adjustments and no grades below the 13' contour will be changed. Two 7' wide stone treads will be provided from the porch to the elevated lawn area and three 7' wide stone treads will be provided from the lawn to natural.grade. 2- A retaining wall(maximum 2' high)will be constructing on the north side of the house running parallel to the house and ending with a half round shape turning back into grade. This will stabilize the grade in this area and will include two sets of 8' long bluestone slabs on edge forming(3) 8" drops in the lawn surface. 3- The patio area on the south side of the screen porch/house will be reconfigured and enlarged from 156 sf to 412 sf,but only 86 sf of this enlarged patio will be located within the Trustee jurisdiction of 100' from the wetlands. The patio will provide a sitting area and space for an outdoor kitchen against the garage wall. 4- The driveway (landward of the 100' setback)will be reconfigured and reduced in area from 4004 sf to 3436 sf. An arc retaining wall will be added on the roadside. 5- The outdoor shower will be moved from the garage wall to a freestanding enclosure to the south of the house. Drainage will be piped to the driveway drywell. Please review and let us know the prrooc ; e.can apply for these revisions. 1AM K BER, R.A. U.
