Activities of the Board/Accomplishments: Annual Required Training for ZBA Board Members On October 7 and October 21, 2020, the following Board Members participated in the Town Board approved training (Resolution 2020-617, October 6, 2020) sponsored by Hofstra University titled"Land Use Training Program for Municipal Planning and Zoning Officials" in fulfillment of 4.5 hours of the 4 hours of required annual training for 2021: Leslie Kanes Weisman, Robert Lehnert, and Nicholas J. Planamento. ZBA Secretary Kim Fuentes also attended the training. ZBA Member Patricia Acampora completed part two of the training on October 21, 2020 in fulfillment of 2.5 hours of the required 4 hours of training for 2021. Member Dantes was unable to participate and will obtain his required training at a later date. Certificates of Completion will be submitted to the Town Clerk's Office once all qualifying members are in receipt of same.
