New York He: House for William Huising Dear Mr. Terry: We are enclosing herewith application for a building pern~tt for a small house for Mr. William Huiaing~ smme to be located at the inter- section of Bell Hi]~ Avenue and Equestrian Avenue, just north of the duck pond. If you multiply the inside lenEth by the inside width of this house and then do~ble the result you will find that the area is 1536 square feet. However, this counts the entry and stairway twice so that actually you should deduct 64 square feet from this for a net usable space 'of 1472 square feet. At least this is our calculation. If you feel that this house requires a certificate representing that the plans and specifications have been prepared by a New York State architect I would appreciate your advising me at once so I can obtain same from Techbuilt, Inc. who will be glad to furnish them if necessary. How- ever we are grading for this house now and ?eel that every day of this kind of weather counts and that is why I am in hopes it will not be neces- sary to wait for the registered set of drawings and specs.
