Dear Mr: and Mrs. Silvino:
In response to your letter received on September 23, 2020, along with photographs, the
Board of Trustees reviewed your request to remove the two dead trees that are within.
100' of the wetlands,on Goose Creek, and,as reviewed by Trustee Michael J. Domino.
The Board of Trusteesdetermined that the dead trees may be removed at this time. No
permit will be required in order to remove these.trees.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

Dear Diane,
Thank you for your assistance regarding approval to remove two dead trees from our property
that are within 100 feet of the wetlands on Goose Creek located at 2750 Glenn Road, Southold.
Jonathan Shipman from Shamrock Tree Company did an inspection and recommended the
removal of the two trees as they are dead due to hollow trunks. He also recommends trimming
dead branches and general cleanup from a few additional trees for safety and tree health.
Attached please find photos of the two trees that need to be removed. We also grant permission
for a member to enter our property if a Trustee would like to observe the trees in person.
Kindly email approval to: julzvino aamail.com, as we are currently on the list of projects for
Shamrock Tree Company. Our USPS mailing address is the same as the property address:
2750 Glenn Road, Southold, NY 11971.
