The Board of Trustees determined this tree may be removed at this time. No permit will be required in order to remove this tree. Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office. This is not a determination from any other agency. The tree in question makes me nervous due to its size,proximity to the house and the many holes present on the tree (woodpeckers? Carpenter bees?). A tree service company came to check it out and agreed that it was more than reasonable to want it removed. I give permission to the trustees to come and inspect the tree. - My husband Patrick Capuozzo recently made the request but it is my name that is listed as a member of Shelter Holdings LLC that is the new owner of the house.
