It started as a rental permit, it was determined it needed a building permit. I was told to remove the door on the second floor and install smoke detectors/co in the basement for unit 1. Above are the photos. Unit 2 did not need a building permit, but we discussed having an electrical inspection done. And was asked to install smoke/co detectors in the basement. I am ready for a building permit, electrical inspection and CO. and a rental permit too. If you could please give me the price all things that would be great.
