Box 1179 Southold, NY 11971 RE: Robert Leighton PROPERTY ADDRESS: 335 Rochelle Place, Mattituck SCTM: 1000-144-4-10 Dear President Goldsmith and Board: I represent Robert Leighton. He has a pre-existing boat ramp which requires restoration. The existing ramp was made in the 1960's or 70's with concrete. I had inquired from a Trustee about the best materials recommended for this type of work. Based on this recommendation, my client proposes to remove the concrete and use interlocking pavers on sand. Please accept our application and schedule us for the next available hearing date. Thank you. Very truly ours, atricia C. Moore PCM/bp Encls.
