thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, at Mattituck,
County of Suffolk, State of New York, known and designated as Lot No 21, on a
certain Map entitled, "Map of Jackson's Landing", and filed in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk on March 28, 1969 as Map No. 5280 bounded and

BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Jacksons Landing where same is
