Suffolk and State of New York, and known and designated as Lot 35, Map of Greenport Driving Park, as filed in Suffolk
County Clerk's Office at Riverhead, New York on December 1, 1909 as Map No. 369 which parcel is bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southerly side of Brown Street which point is formed by the intersection of the Southerly side
of Brown Street with the division line between Lots 33 and 35 on said map; said point being 715 feet easterly from the
corner formed by the intersection of the Easterly side of Cherry Lane with the Southerly side of Brown Street;
RUNNING THENCE along the Southerly side of Brown Street South 82 degrees 44 minutes 30 seconds East 50.00 feet to
the division line between Lots 35 and 37, on said map;
THENCE along said last mentioned division line, South 06 degrees 53 minutes 30 seconds West 123.92 feet to land now
or formerly of Mary Jane Dinizio;
