the premises during the Grantors'lifetimes,with the Grantors,Stamatis Katsamanis and Antonia Katsamanis,to pay
for all maintenance and repairs,water and sewer charges,insurance charges,and taxes relating to the said premises.
Said life use shall be personal to the Grantors,Stamatis Katsamanis and Antonia Katsamanis,and they claim all
rights and privileges available veterans and senior exemptions as provided under RPTL§§458,458-a,467 and the
school tax relief(STAR)exemption as provided wider RPTLsection §425. The Grantors,Stamatis Katsamanis and
Antonia Katsamanis,reserve the power to appoint the remainder and/or the Grantors'Stamatis Katsamanis and
Antonia Katsamanis life use in the premises to anyone but their creditors or to the creditors of their estate.This
power shall be exercisable or may be relinquished by Stamatis Katsamanis and/or Antonia Katsamanis by will or by
deed from the Grantors Stamatis Katsamanis and Antonia Katsamanis or by the survivor between them to others so
named by making express reference to this power and executed and recorded in the County Clerk's office. No
exercise of this power shall be deemed to release same unless it is explicitly made in a deed. The exercise of this
power shall not exhaust it,and unless the power is specifically released in such a deed,the deed recorded last shall
control as to any ambiguities or inconsistencies,unless the power is exercised in a will following the date of this
instant deed..
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,ofthe party ofthe first part,in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the
estate and rights ofthe party ofthe first part in and to said premises;TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises
herein granted unto the party ofthe second part,the heirs or successors and assigns ofthe party ofthe second part

a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost ofthe improvement and will apply the same first
