ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected, situate, lying and being at Orient, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffol k and
State of New York, being known and designated as and by Plot No. 163 on a certain map
entitled, "Map of Orient-by-the-Sea, Section 3, situate at Orient Point, Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, New York, owned and developed by Woodhollow Properties, Inc., #3 Glen
