The Fort Wright Neighborhood Association(the"FWNA"),and undersigned residents of Fishers island,agree
that they will support the Change of Zone Application(SCTM#1000-9-10-10)of Walsh Park Benevolent Corporation
("Walsh Park")for the School District parcel,provided that Walsh Park agrees that it shall add,as a restrictive covenant
to be recorded with the property purchased by Walsh Park, that not more than four dwelling units(ie.,units for 4
families),each consisting of not more than three bedrooms,shall be built on such parcel. We understand that it is the
objective of Walsh Park to design buildings of a size and scale appropriate for the Winthrop Drive neighborhood.
