died intestate on the April 27, 2010, residing at 21550 Main Road, Cutchogue, New York
11935, party of the first part, and Michael Dickson, residing at 226-26 Union Turnpike, 5D,
Oakland Gardens,NY 11354, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that whereas letters of administration were issued to the party of the first
part by the Surrogate's Court, Surrogate court Suffolk County, New York on June 19, 2019,
surrogates file number 2019-523, and by virtue of the power and authority given by Article
11 of the Estates, Powers and Trusts Law, and in consideration of $310,000.00. Three
Hundred Ten Thousand Dollars and No Cents, paid by the party of the second part, does
hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the distributees or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,
