Unfortunately, this project is-considered a Wetland Permit application because you will have to permit the whole house, not just the foundation. Either a second check made out for$150.00 be submitted or we can send you back check #8262 and you can mail in a new check in the amount of$250.00. Please advise. As I mentioned above, the office needs an updated written project description that includes the size of the existing house footprint, size of each deck attached to the house including the width of the steps to ground off each deck, the size of the roof over wood porch, and if anything else attached to the house, the dimensions to that. As this application only just came in you have some time to submit the requested. As always, if you have any questions give me a call. Currently the Town offices are working at a 50% level so I am in every other day'if you call.
