Southold, Suffolk County, State of New York, being a part of that portion of Fishers Island
belonging to the grantor(which portion is hereinafter called the"Park")lying to the east of Peninsula

BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the northwesterly line of a road 45 feet wide, said point being
located 21.03 feet North of a point which os 6823.04 feet West of a monument marking the United

RUNNING THENCE along said road line South 61 degrees 04 minutes 10 seconds West,a distance
of 83.25 feet to a point of curve to the right whose radius is 355.12 feet and the direction of whose

RUNNING THENCE southwestwardly along said road line, following the arc of said curve, a
distance of 196.69 feet to an iron pipe;
