Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point at the southeasterly corner of the premises herein described, which point is at the northeasterly
corner of lands now or formerly of Mary Anne Gordon and Shaike Gordon, and which said point is One Hundred Ninety-Six
(196) feet distant southerly from the southwesterly corner of Lot#44 in Block "C' as shown on a certain map entitled "Map
of Reydon Shores, Bayview, L.I., N.Y.", filed in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk, measured along the easterly line of
other lands now or formerly of Gould on a course running South 20 degrees 11 minutes 20 seconds West; from said point
of beginning,
RUNNING THENCE, along lands now or formerly of said Gordon, North 69 degrees 48 minutes 40 seconds West, 131.50
feet to a monument on the Easterly line of a certain existing 20 foot private roadway known as Paradise Shore Road;
THENCE, along the Easterly line of said road, North 19 degrees 43 minutes 40 seconds East, 75 feet to lands now or
formerly of Gould;
THENCE, along lands now or formerly of said Gould, South 69 degrees 48 minutes 40 seconds East, 132.10 feet to lands
now or formerly of Stock;
THENCE, South 20 degrees 11 minutes 20 seconds West, 75 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
THE POLICY TO BE ISSUED under this commitment will insure the title to such buildings and improvements on the
