Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and
designated as Lots Number 9 and 10 on a certain map entitled, "Map of the premises of
S. Buel Corwin, Greenport, Suffolk County, New York" and filed in the Office of the Clerk of
Suffolk County on May 23, 1887, as Map No. 548, which lots when taken together as one
parcel are more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of Main State
Road with the easterly side of Ninth Street, formerly known as Brown's Lane;
RUNNING THENCE North 89 degrees 33 minutes 30 seconds East 95.76 feet (deed),
95.75 feet (survey), along the southerly side of Main State Road to the dividing line
between Lot 9 and Lot 8 on said map;
RUNNING THENCE South 6 degrees 32 minutes 20 seconds West along said line 123.72
feet to the southerly line of Lot 9 on said map;
RUNNING THENCE North 89 degrees 58 minutes 00 seconds West along the southerly

formerly known as Brown's Lane;
