Based upon the information provided to this department, it is my recommendation that the action is CONSISTENT with the Southold Town ->> Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards and therefore is CONSISTENT with the LWRP. The introduction of total nitrogen to groundwater and ultimately surface waters, from the proposed action will be offset through the transfer of sanitary flow credits.
