The properties, SCTM NOS. 1000-122.00-06.00-022.001 and 028.00 are contiguous. See, Tax Map Section 122 attached. 2. See, updated Site Plan attached. 3. See, updated Site Plan and Room Charts. 4. All noise levels will be in compliance with local laws. Most activities will be inside, other than activities in the pool area, which location has been designed to minimize noise levels. 5. In compliance with STC Section 280-35 see, Plans, Charts and Amended Long Environmental Assessment Form (LEAF). 6. Respectfully disagree with-the interpretation of the Town Code. The plans call for a subterranean parking area with a floor to ceiling height of seven (7) feet, which does not create a three (3) story structure. The height of the overall building will be in compliance with the maximin height permissible by the Southold Town Code. The site plan has been reconfigured consisting of three separate buildings: Building A containing a single story catering hall, retail area, and restaurant; Building B contains 78 guest rooms, and 39 suites, with parking spaces under the building; and Building C containing 8 Junior Suites. 7. The lobby area has been reduced to 2,500 sq, ft. See, new Plans attached. 8. See, updated plans, Amended LEAF, and Site Plan reducing the number of rooms to the 125 rooms permitted by the code with the merger of the contiguous properties as stated above. 9. All requested information is set forth in the submission attached. 10. The new Site Plan contains parking calculations with the plan meeting all parking requirements of the Southold Town Code. 11. Hobson Drive is a private Right of Way set forth in the deed. The applicant has no knowledge of any restrictions, except as may be set forth in the deed. 12. See, Radius maps previously submitted, and the updated Site Plan attached. 13. See, updated Site Plan reflecting drainage plan and surface water drainage calculations. 14.
