Signs are an allowed use subject to regulatory requirements of the Town. I am not familiar with general sign requirements. If you are not familiar with sign requirements, please contact the Building Department. 3.05 Signs The•display•of signs, billboards, or advertisements shall be prohibited, except-signs whose-placement, number, and design do not significantly diminish the scenic character of the Property and only for-any'of the following purposes,: '(a) to state the name of the Property and the names and addresses of the occupants and the character of the business conducted thereon; (b) to temporarlly,advertise the Property or any portion thereof'for sale or rent; (c) to post the Property to control-unauthorized entry or use; (d) to aid,visitors in interpreting the natural-features and/or wildlife:on the Property; or(e) by Grantee, with the prior written conseht'of-the'Graritor, to announce-this Easement.
