I did not find any construction in the rear yard area, (water front) that violates Zoning Ordinance . Permits would be required, however, for the Marine railway that has been installed and the four pilings that provide hoist for boat . The construction of Marine railway is in the wetlands , partly on their property, and partly in the creek, Town waters . A permit is needed from Town Board and Trustees. The structure for hoist is completely in the creek, permit from Trustees is required.
