formed by the intersection of the southerly side of Washington Avenue and the westerly side of Main Street (S.R. 25);
RUNNING THENCE South 02 degrees 23 minutes 10 seconds East, 135.18 feet to a monument;
THENCE South 87 degrees 36 minutes 50 seconds West, 50.00 feet to a point;
