Located: 4625 Aldrich Lane Extension, Mattituck. SCTM# 1000-112-1-14 A similar action was proposed in 2016 and recommended a CONSISTENT. The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the proposed action is CONSISTENT with the LWRP policies and therefore CONSISTENT with the LWRP provided that: 1. The Board verifies that a 15' vegetated buffer along the crest of the bluff as conditioned in Wetland Permit 0390C is in place. 2. Note that the bluff has been restored to control severe erosion (see 0390C subject file), Due to the slope of the feature, clearing and construction of the vegetation should be minimal. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
