ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being at Bay View, in the
Village and Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,being more
particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe set on the Southwesterly line of a certain right of way 30
Ret,more or less, in width and hereinafter described,at the Southeasterly corner of land
which may have been conveyed by*Bunce to Rickard J. Hasey,said pipe being South 56
degrees 27 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 481.67 feet from a concrete monument
