ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Arshamomaque, in the
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of land formerly of Holder at the northwesterly
corner of land of Bonderchuk and the northeasterly corner of land now also of Bonderhuk;
RUNNING THENCE along said land of Bonderchuk and partly along a private road known as
Island View Lane South 26 degrees 53 minutes 50 seconds East, 175.00 feet to a point, said
pont being the place of BEGINNING;
