NUNNO died a resident of Queens County, New York, on December 12, 1990. Located on the Property are a one-story frame house with an enclosed porch and a detached garage all in good condition which were constructed prior to 1957. I am familiar with the premises by reason of the fact that li visited my parents there numerous times in the past. This affidavit is made for the purpose of obtaining a pre-existing Certificate of Occupancy from the Building Department of the Town of Southold.
