TRUSTEE GOLDSMITH: Good evening, and welcome to our Wednesday, July 15th,
2020, Trustee meeting.
At this time, I would like to call the meeting to order and ask that you all please
stand for the Pledge of Allegiance.
(PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE).
We'll start off by announcing the people that we have at the meeting on the
screen: We have myself Trustee Goldsmith, Trustee Domino, Trustee Bredemeyer,
Trustee Krupski, Trustee Williams. We have Assistant Town Attorney Damon Hagan,
Senior Clerk Typist Elizabeth Cantrell, as well as Court Stenographer Wayne Galante.
Agendas for tonight's meeting are posted on the Town Website.
Under Town Code Chapter 275-8(c), files were officially closed seven days ago.
Submission of any paperwork after that date may result in a delay of the processing of
the applications.

TRUSTEE GOLDSMITH: Roman numeral II, The Trustees monthly report for March,
April and May 2020. A check for$4,786.28 was forwarded to the Supervisor's Office for
the General Fund.

TRUSTEE GOLDSMITH: Under Roman numeral IV, Resolutions, Administrative
Permits. In order to simplify our meetings, the Board of Trustees regularly groups
together actions that are minor or similar in nature. Accordingly, I'll make a motion to
approve as a group items one, three, six and eight. They are listed as follows:
Number one, Suffolk Environmental Consulting, Inc., on behalf of GOLDSMITH'S
INLET LLC requests an Administrative Permit to construct a 70.4'x17' driveway from Mill
Road to existing garage with a 22.6'x22.6' parking area; install a 2'x2'x17' French drain,
set back 75.5' landward of the tidal wetlands boundary and 2' landward of the existing
garage.

There has been ongoing issues with this parcel which will require further review
of the entire Board. There is an elevated patio that was supposed to be built on grade.
The applicant has proposed bringing in one half cubic yards of fill to make the
patio on grade, which seems insufficient. There is also an issue with an elevated deck
by the outdoor shower which exceeds what was on the original plans.
So I'll make a motion to table this application for revised plans and description
showing an adequate amount of fill as well as dimensions of proposed fill around patio,
updated plans of the elevated deck, and further review by the Board of Trustees.
