RESOLUTION 2020-34
RESOLUTION SETTING MEETING DATES FOR JULY 2020
RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners of the Mattituck Park District hereby set the
following meeting dates for the month of July 2020: Work Session, Thursday, July 2, 2020 at
6:30 P.M. and monthly meeting, Thursday, July 9, 2020 at 6:30 P.M.
RESULT: Motion by, seconded by , all in favor and motion carried unanimously to approve
Resolution 2020-34.
RESOLUTION 2020-35
RESOLUTION APPROVING BILL REGISTER AND AUTHORIZING
PAYMENT OF CURRENT BILLS
RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners of the Mattituck Park District hereby approve the
Bill Register submitted by the Treasurer for the June 11, 2020 meeting and further authorizes
payment of the current bills.
RESULT: Motion by, seconded by , all in favor and motion carried unanimously to approve
Resolution 2020-35.
RESOLUTION 2020-36
RESOLUTION APPROVING MEETING MINUTES FROM MAY 2020
RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners of the Mattituck Park District hereby approve the
May 14, 2020 meeting minutes submitted via email.
RESULT: Motion by, seconded by , all in favor and motion carried unanimously to approve
Resolution 2020-36.
RESOLUTION 2020-37
RESOLUTION TO APPROVES THE HIRE OF KATHY RYAN
AS SUMMER STAFF SUPERVISOR
RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners of the Mattituck Park District hereby approves the
hiring of Kathy Ryan as Summer Staff Supervisor effective at a pay rate

RESOLUTION APPROVING THE HIRE OF
JENNIFER MANNINO AS CLERK
RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners of the Mattituck Park District hereby approve the
hiring of Jennifer Mannino as clerk for 20 hours per week effective at a pay
rate of

RESOLUTION APPROVING THE HIRE OF LYDIA TORTORA
AS TEMPORARY CLERK
RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners of the Mattituck Park District hereby approve the
hiring of Lydia Tortora as Temporary clerk to train the new hire effective to
at a pay rate of

Chris Shashkin called Hostway to retrieve password to access Website
Hostway sent a link 5/24 to create new password.My name and all information was
still on the account. I believe Beth had to pretend she was me to access the account
&change password because everything,including my home phone# is in my name.
June 25,2020
1 signed in and went to website builder and then edit website but it didn't take me to
our website but to the page to create a new webpage. Technician said files for our
site had been"purged and could not be retrieved".45 minutes on the phone trying
to find out what happened.Asked to speak to manager.
Hostway Supervisor Pavel V.called and said that on June 181h they received an
"order to cancel website builder so the product was deleted". All of the files are no
longer there.The website is still up but the files are deleted.We can't edit the
website because the files no longer exist.
He said once we go to website builder and create a new website,click save,then
publish, it will delete the existing website.
I asked him if he could provide us with documentation of the June 18th request and
any other information.He said he would and try to give us IP address where request
carne from.

BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
June 11, 2020

CALL TO ORDER
L Reisenberg called the meeting to order at 6:05 P.M.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Motion by L Reisenberg, seconded by G. Goehringer, all in favor and motion carried
unanimously to approve the Minutes from the May 14, 2020 Regular Meeting submitted
via email.
A request by Kelly Peragallo has been made to have a wedding on November 7, 2020
at Wolf Pit Lake.
The commissioners would like to know how many people and what insurance coverage
is needed and they would like to add a stipulation that they may revoke the request if
Covid-19 becomes an issue again.
Lomaaa will follow up with Ms. Peraaallo.
J Goehringer received a request from Bill Areneo to donate a bench in memory of his
wife to be placed at Breakwater Beach.
The commissioners agreed to accept the donation and will discuss placement of the
bench.
The Commissioners accepted the bid from Sound Shore Irrigation to turn on the
irrigation at Aldrich Lane for$45.00.
MAINTENANCE REPORT (T. Pumillo)
• Aldrich Lane building needs Certificate of Occupancy, need to schedule final
inspection
• The water for irrigation needs to be turned on ASAP as grass is getting very dry
• T Pumillo discussed his work hours and is fine with working 6 days in the
summer season.
• T Pumillo will get the payment from Tommy Thompson and then he (Mr.
Thompson) can pick up the backhoe.
• Tennis Courts on Bay Ave need resurfacing, possibly put in the budget for next
year.
• Boat ramp structure at Love Lane needs repair, the ramp would cost
approximately $800-$1000 in materials
• The Commissioners would like Tim and Dave to repair the floats as well with a
maximum cost of$2000.00
• G Lomaga asked if T Pumillo can clean up the ramp as will, J Goehringer said to
wait until next spring, L Reisenberg and G Lomaga say to complete project this
year.
• Lifeguard building at Vets will be painted, cost approximately $200.00 for paint
and materials.
TREASURER'S REPORT (A. Noncarrow)
Presented/Discussed:
• Bill Payment Register dated June 11, 2020
• Budget Ledger dated May 31, 2020
• Balance sheet dated June 11, 2020
• Commissioners reviewed Purchase Orders and approved where needed
Motion by G Lomaga, seconded by L Reisenberg, all in favor and motion carried
unanimously to accept and approve the Treasurer's Report.

unanimously to approve Resolution 2020-36.
RESOLUTION 2020-37
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION LLOYD REISENBERG AS
MATTITUCK PARK DISTRICT COMMISSIONER
RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners of the Mattituck Park District hereby accepts the
resignation of Lloyd Reisenberg as Mattituck Park commissioner effective June 30, 2020.
RESULT: Motion by,G Lomaga seconded by J Goehringer, all in favor and motion carried
unanimously to approve Resolution 2020-37.

RESOLUTION 2020-38
RESOLUTION APPROVES THE HIRE OF LYDIA TORTORA AS
ACTING MATTITUCK PARK DISTRICT CLERK
RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners of the Mattituck Park District hereby approves the
hire of Lydia Tortora as acting Mattituck Park District Clerk on a consulting basis at a pay rate of
$30.00 per hour effective June 13, 2020.
RESULT: Motion by G Lomaga, seconded by J Goehringer, all in favor and motion carried
unanimously to approve Resolution 2020-38.
