To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to inform you that your neighbor (my client) , who owns
the above referenced property, is requesting from the Southold Town Zoning
Board of Appeals, an interpretation pursuant to Article III, Section 280-
13 . Rising out of a notice of disapproval dated February 25, 2020, in
connection with the construction of a new 2 ',-� story single family
dwelling.
In connection with the aforementioned application, there will be a
public hearing, which you may consider attending, to be held on Thursday,
September 3 at 11 : 00 a.m. Please see the enclosed letter, which I
received from the Zoning Board of Appeals . If you have further questions
regarding the most current information about this hearing, you may contact
the Southold Town Zoning Board of Appeals between the hours of 8 : 00 a.m.
to 4 : 00 p.m. at 631-765-1809, or email at kimf@southoldtownny.gov.

THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 3, 2020
PUBLIC HEARING
Due to public health and safety concerns related to COVID-19, the Zoning Board of Appeals
will not be meeting in-person. In accordance with the Governor's Executive Order 202.1, the
SEPTEMBER 3, 2020 Zoning Board of Appeals meeting will be held via video conferencing,
and a transcript will be provided at a later date. The public will have access to view, listen
and make comment during the meeting as it is happening via Zoom. Details about how to
tune in and make comments during the meeting are on the Town's website agenda for this
meeting which may be viewed at http://www.southoldtownny aov/auendacenter. Additionally,
there will be a link to the Webinar Zoom meeting at
