AHLERS, P. E. September 16, 1961 ~r. Howard M. Terry Building Inspector Town of Southold Southold, N. Y. Res Falcaro's Greenport Lanes Job ~ 6104 Greenport, H. ¥. Dear Mr. Terry~ In resonse to Four letter of September 11, 1981 regarding the above, please be advised that I have been informed by Mr. King, ~at the property action between Kalin and Herzog will take place the beginning of the next week. With respect to the cost of ~e building, Mr. King's cost will be in ~ae neighborhood of $150,000.00, the remeinder being directly assessable to Falcaro's Greenport Lanes from a lessee standpoint as the alleys and equipment and interior furnishings will be their property and not Mr. King's under t~e MOOre's Lane Corporation, actual building cost plus land being approximately $150,000.00. I trust that this answers the questions raised in your letter.
