Committee Minutes and Administration  Acceptance of LPC meeting minutes from January 21, 2020 HOLD  Next Regular LPC Meeting Date The next regular meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, February 18, 2020. Land Preservation Applications & Potential Applications MOTION made by Eric Keil, seconded by Sam McCullough, to enter into EXECUTIVE SESSION - Proposed Acquisitions of Real Property Where Publicity Would Substantially Affect the Value Thereof Motion carried: 4/0 The LPC members entered in EXECUTIVE SESSION at 7:14 p.m. Land Preservation Coordinator gave updates on inquiries, new applications, appraisals and current applications. MOTION made by Eric Keil, seconded by Sam McCullough, to end Executive Session. Motion carried: 4/0 EXECUTIVE SESSION ENDED at 8:24 p.m. MOTION made by Eric Keil, seconded by Doris McGreevy, to direct Land Preservation Coordinator Melissa Spiro to present to the Town Board a landowner’s inquiry regarding a proposed sale of the development rights for a reserved area of a prior development rights acquisition to see if the Town Board wants the LPC to pursue this inquiry. The LPC recommends preservation discussed during Executive Session. (Executive Motion No. 2020-1) Motion carried: 4/0 Inquiries for Uses or Structures on Preserved Property  SCTM #1000-19.-1-1.4 (FRESH & CO FARM LLC) Request for Agricultural Structure Placement on land subject to Town PDR: greenhouse MOTION made by Eric Keil, seconded by Sam McCullough, that the 1/27/2020 request from landowner, Fresh & Co Farm, LLC (SCTM #1000-19.-1-1.4), for the construction of a 36’x144’ greenhouse for farm vegetables (seedlings) to be located on the west side of the property (as shown on the applicant’s sketch) within the area subject to a recorded Town Development Rights Easement is consistent with the terms of the recorded easement. Motion carried: 4/0 Stewardship and Management: None General Land Preservation Items:  FARMLAND PROGRAM DISCUSSION HOLD Adjournment: MOTION made by Eric Keil, seconded by Sam McCullough, to adjourn this meeting.
