County , RIDER TO DEED, dated May 20, 1983 This conveyance is made and accepted subject to an indebtedness secured by a mortgage (the "First Mortgage") upon said premises executed by the party of the first part to Riverhead Savings Bank (the "Bank"), as mortgagee which mortgage is dated February 23, 1978 and was recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on March 2, 1978 in liber 8321 on --- page 447 andwhichwas extended by an Extension Agreement 10 between the party of the first part and the Bank, dated August 27, 1979, and was recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on September 10, 1979 in liber 8552 on page 548; on which First Mortgage Debt, as extended, there is an unpaid principal amount of $23,891.07 with interest from May 1, 1983, at the rate of eight and one-half (8h) percent per annum, which said First Mortgage Debt the party of the second part hereby assume and agree to pay, as part of the purchase price of the above described premises,.and the party of the second part hereby execute and acknowledge this Deed and this assumption provision for the purpose of complying with the provisions of General obligations Law Section 5-705.
