Murphy- The bridge and dock are existing and shows on the survey for permit (#7856). I gave you an original survey, to scale, which enables all of us to measure the structures. If the Trustees find that a measurement is off we can correct it (it is an existing structure). The depth of water is irrelevant...this dock has been on this property since before Trustees issued permits. we are not asking to do anything to the structures other than to issue a permit for an existing structure. (bring it into conformity with TC 275) when the trustees issued the permits for the house, the dock was not an issue. Reister: I had Leanne give me the square footage of all the patios and walkways...I gave Trustees an original survey which we can measure the length of the retaining walls! That is why you want original surveys, to scale! It is very costly to owners and delays projects to have to ask surveyors to give measurements when their survey is to scale. I measured the retaining walls (landscape walls)and if there is any doubt they are existing. client is older and decided now he wants the pool so we will keep it on our application! Pat PATRICIA C.
