Keiserman, residing at 1170 willow Terrace Lane, Orient, New York as part of the consideration for the issuance of the Permit does understand and prescribe to the following: 1. There is no viable non-structural alternative means of maintaining and protecting the upland portion of the property in its current location;and without maintenance of the bulkhead,the subject and adjacent properties would be exposed to severe flooding and erosional damage. The disturbed portion of the naturally vegetated embankment landward of the bulkhead will be revegetated as needed with Cape Amencan beach grass upon project completion.
