In response to your email of July 17, 2020, the Board of Trustees reviewed the request
to cut down and remove the-Oak tree located on your property and,as,seen by Trustee
John M. Bredemeyer, III on July 20, 2020, and as,shown.in-photographs provided.
- The-Board of Trustees-determined that-the tree maybe removed at-this--time.--No-permit--will be required in order to remove this tree.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.
