Located: 62615 County Road 48, Greenport. SCTM# 1000-40-1-8 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the proposed action is INCONSISTENT with LWRP Policies 4 and 6.3 and therefore, INCONSISTENT with the LWRP. All development is prohibited on the bluff other than walkways and stairways pursuant to Chapter 111. Coastal Erosion Hazard Areas Article II. Regulations § 111-14. Bluff area. The decks are not permissible. The proposed action does not meet Policy 6.3. The deck structures were constructed without obtaining a Wetlands Permit and Coastal Erosion Permit Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
