bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southwesterly side of Elijah's Lane where the same is
intersected by the Southeasterly end of a curve having a radius of 25.00 feet a length of
feet which said curve connects the Southeasterly side of Tabor Road with the
Southwesterly side of Elijah's Lane;
