BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises described in a certain deed dated February 131h, 1995
and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on February 22, 1995,in Liber 11715 on Page 663.
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises, and also the estate therein,which
party of the first part has or has power to convey or dispose of,whether individually, or by virtue of said will or
otherwise;TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs

first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration

first to the payment of the cost of the improvements at the property before using any part of the same for any
other purpose.The word"party"shall be construed as if it read"parties"whenever the sense of this indenture
so requires.
THE party of the second part accepts and ratifies the provisions of the Declaration and the By-Laws and any
Rules and Regulations adopted under the By-Laws,and agrees to comply with all the terms and provisions
thereof,as the same may be amended from time to time by instruments recorded in the Office of the County
