In order to maintain an appropriate visual quality for residential o properties, preserve property values, protect neighborhood character and safeguard quality of life, certain standards shall apply as specified herein in the Residence A-40 (RA-40) Zoning Use District, Residence B-40 (RB-40) Zoning Use District, Residence A-80 (RA-80) Zoning Use District, and Residence B-80 (RB-80) Zoning Use District. (a) The amount of front yard area consisting of asphalt, gravel, stone or dirt or other non-vegetative material, to be used primarily for the parking of vehicles, shall not exceed 35% of the area of the front yard. ° (b) The parking of vehicles in the front yard area is restricted to that portion consisting of asphalt, gravel, stone or dirt or other non-vegetative material.
