THIS INDENTURE, made this 51' day of March, 2020, by and
between JOHN PONTISAKOS a/k/a JOHN D. PONTISAKOS, residing at
2 Meadow Lane, Lloyd Harbor, New York, Party of the First
Part, and JOHN PONTISAKOS a/k/a JOHN D . PONTISAKOS, as Trustee
of the JOHN PONTISAKOS REVOCABLE TRUST, residing at 4 Meadow
Lane, Lloyd Harbor, New York, Party of the Second Part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration
of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the
party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto
the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the
buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and
being in the Town of Southold, in the County of Suffolk and
State of New York,

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as was conveyed to
the Party of the First Part by Deed dated June 21, 2017 and
recorded in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on July 6,
2017 in Liber 1291.9 Page 41.1. .
Said premises are or will be improved by a one-family or two-
family residence only.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the
party of the first part in and to any streets and roads

thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate
