Others,North 43 degrees 40 minutes 30 seconds West,170 feet to land no or formerly of Meyer;
RUNNING THENCE along the last described land,North 49 degrees 28 minutes 00 seconds East, 165 feet to the
Southwesterly line of a Private Road;
RUNNING THENCE along said Southwesterly line,South 43 degrees 40 minutes 30 seconds East, 170 feet to land of
Bondarchuk and Keller;

or place of BEGINNING.
