Main Rd. &Youngs Ave.) CIO 'r Southold, NY 11971 �p� Telephone: 631 765-1938 0 IDA OUN LOCAL WATERFRONT REVITALIZATION PROGRAM TOWN OF SOUTHOLD MEMORANDUM To Michael Domino, President Town of Southold Board of Trustees From: Mark Terry, AICP LWRP Coordinator Date: August 8, 2019 Re: LWRP Coastal Consistency Review for HECTOR & LINDA COLOMBO SCTM# 1000-31-12-14 Patricia Moore, Esq. on behalf of HECTOR & LINDA COLOMBO requests a Wetland Permit for the existing 6'x52' fixed wood dock; existing 22'x22' gravel (non-turf area) with inlaid brick pavers 5' diameter circular ob' width); existing 20' rock wall located parallel to Marion Lake and continued 10' perpendicular to the shore with 4' wide steps to grade; existing 13.9'x23.5'wood deck with steps to grade attached to seaward side of dwelling; existing 54'x23.4' one-story dwelling; on east side of dwelling, an existing concrete slab and cellar entrance; existing roofed over concrete stoop entrance; existing 5'x21.9' wood deck on front of dwelling; property line fence on north side and south side of property. Located: 1500 Truman's Path, East Marion. SCTM# 1000-31-12-14 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the proposed action is INCONSISTENT with LWRP Policy 6, specifically 6.3 (below) and therefore, INCONSISTENT with the LWRP. 6.3 Protect and restore tidal and freshwater wetlands. A. Comply with statutory and regulatory requirements of the Southold Town Board of Trustees laws and regulations for all Andros Patent and other lands under their jurisdiction 1. Comply with Trustee regulations and recommendations as set forth in Trustee permit conditions. Town records indicate that the structures were constructed without Southold Town Board of Trustees review or permits. Aerial photo analysis indicates that the dock structure was illegally constructed between 2001 and 2004. It does not appear to meet current dimensional requirements (no dimensions are shown on plans). Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action. Cc.
