Once covid hit and everything was shut down we decided to only repair/replace what was existing and not do any new work. For#1 above, we renovated the existing wood deck with an 18x20 on grade wood deck. For#2 above, we chose not to do this work at all and do not plan to. For#3 above, we replaced the fence.
