THURSDAY, JUNE 25, 2020
4:00 P.M.
A Special Meeting of the SOUTHOLD TOWN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS was
held via Zoom Webinar online platform on Thursday,June 25,2020 commencing at 4:00
P.M, pursuant to Executive Order 202.1 of New York Governor Andrew Cuomo in-person
access by the public will not be permitted,
Present were:

Call to Order at 4:07 P.M. by Chairperson Weisman.
RESOLUTIONS TO CLOSE THE FOLLOWING HEARINGS:
CONO CIMINO #7338 —(Adjourned from March 5, 2020) Request for Variances from
Article XXIII, Section 280-124 and the Building Inspector's June 12, 2019,Amended
October 4, 2019 and Notice of Disapproval based on an application for a permit to construct

additions and alterations to a single family dwelling; at, 1) less than the code required
minimum front yard setback of 40 feet; 2) less than the code required minimum rear yard
setback of 50 feet; located at 155 West Shore Road, Southold,NY. SCTM No. 1000-80-2-25.
BOARD RESOLUTION: Motion was offered by Chairperson Weisman, seconded by
Member Planamento to Close the hearing. Vote of the Board: Ayes: All. This Resolution was
duly adopted (5-0).
DELIBERATIONS/POSSIBLE DECISIONS/RESOLUTIONS: The Board continued
with agenda items, and commenced deliberations on the following application. The original
determinations of each of the following applications as decided are filed with the Southold
Town Clerk:

RESOLUTIONS:
1. RESOLUTION ADOPTED: Motion was offered by Chairperson Weisman, seconded by
Member Lehnert to authorize advertising of hearings for Regular Meeting to be held on
July 9, 2020 which Regular Meeting will commence at 10:00 A.M., to be held via Zoom
Webinar online platform, pursuant to'Executive Order 202.1 of New York Governor
Andrew Cuomo in-person access by the public will not be permitted. Vote of the Board:
Ayes: Members Weisman (Chairperson) Acampora, Dantes, Lehnert, Planamento.
Resolutions were duly adopted (5-0).
2. RESOLUTION ADOPTED: Motion was offered by Chairperson Weisman, seconded by
Member Dantes to approve minutes from March 5, 2020, Regular Meeting. Vote of the
Board: Ayes: Members Weisman (Chairperson) Acampora, Dantes, Lehnert, Planamento.
Resolutions were duly adopted (5-0).

There being no other business properly coming before the Board at this time, Chairperson
Weisman declared the meeting adjourned. The meeting was adjourned at 4:56 P.M.
