Town of Southold, Suffolk County and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on September 18, 1979 as
Map No. 6853, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southeasterly side of Cox Neck Road where the same is intersected by the division line
between lots 9 and 10 on the above mentioned map, said point being distant 303.51 feet Northwesterly as measured along
the Southeasterly side of Cox Neck Road from the Northwesterly end of a curve having a radius of 133.00 feet, an arc
length of 163.84 feet connecting the Northwesterly side of Middle Road (CR 27)with the Southeasterly side of Cox Neck
