Road, Cutchogue, NY 11935 and RONI JACOBSON and DAVID FELDMAN, with
an address of 4680 Wunneweta Road, Cutchogue, NY 11935,
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, the parties own adjacent parcels in the Town of Southold, State of
New York, the southern boundary of the JACOBSON / FELDMAN property and the
northern boundary of the MODICA property being in common and as more particularly
described in Schedules A & B attached hereto, and 5,2e- Exh'bl� A MAChea
WHEREAS,there exists a boat ramp that lies partly on each of the pr6perties, and
WHEREAS, the parties wish to set forth a reciprocal easement for their use of the
boat ramp and agreement as to its repair and maintenance,
NOW THEREFORE, it is agreed as follows:
1. Both parties shall have unfettered and equal use of the entire boat ramp.
2. Each party agrees to maintain that portion of the easement laying and being on
their side of the boundary line.
3. Each party agrees to keep that portion of the easement lying and being on their
side of the boundary line free from any and all obstructions.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York and shall
inure to the benefit of the respective parties, their heirs, successors, grantees and assigns
and shall constitute an agreement running with the land.
