ALL that certain plot piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument at the southeasterly corner or easterly corner of the premises herein described
(which point is the southwesterly corner of Lot No. 270 on Map of Goose Bay Estates);
RUNNING THENCE along land now or formerly of Mooney, south 46 degrees 55 minutes 35 seconds west, a
distance of 109.67 feet to a concrete monument and land now or formerly of Gordon;
THENCE along land last mentioned, north 49 degrees 28 minutes 00 seconds west 328 feet more or less to the
ordinary high water mark of Goose Creek;
THENCE in a northeasterly direction 100 feet, more or less to the northwesterly line of property shown on Map of
