Van Tuyl, Licensed Surveyor", and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on March 16, 1946 as Map No.
1472, which lot is bounded as described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly side of Arshamomaque Avenue distant 997.12 feet Southerly from the intersection
of the Southerly side of Main Road with the Easterly side of Arshamomaque Avenue; said point being where the Southerly
line of land now or formerly of Barbara A. Brynjes intersect with the Easterly side of Arshamomaque Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE the Southerly line of land now or formerly of Barbara A. Brynjes North B1 degrees 03 minutes 00
seconds East 269.24 feet to a bulkhead in the Westerly line of Petty's Pond;
