Dear Mr. Bernstein: -
In response to your letter dated February 29, 2020, the Board of Trustees reviewed your
request to cut down the dead tree_located on the above mentioned property, which tree
was seen by Trustee Michael J. Domino on March 4, 2020, and shown'in the
photograph you provided.
The Board of Trustees determined that the tree does not appear viable and may be
removed at this time. No permit will be required in order to remove the aforementioned
tree. Replanting with a species more tolerant of salt is suggested.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

I am herewith sending you a photo of a dead tree in my backyard that is within a few feet of the water. I would
like to remove the tree as soon as possible due to the fact that it is dead and and eyesore. A representative of the
